HALLOWEEN 2012

The Green Valley Lake Community Garden folks put on a
fun-filled party for kids and adults on the Saturday before Halloween.  The garden was decorated like a spooky cemetery with ghouls and goblins, witches and ghosts hanging around everywhere.  Everyone, young and old, participated in the games:  Toss the Pumpkin, Wrap the Mummy, dance to the Monster Mash and bobbing for
apples.  The children searched for candy hidden throughout the garden, while adults enjoyed the pumpkin and apple pies and other sweet treats.  Frank Ellis regaled the audience
with a scary story and a fun time was had by all..
